This wasn't exactly my idea of fun, but Olivia loved it. We met up with one of her friends from Preschool. We went around the harbor on a boat and pulled up plankton, muck from the bay floor and lobster traps.
The best part is we were the only two families on the boat.
You want me to touch that thing?
Olivia only held the starfish for about 5 seconds... tickled too much.
Enough already.

I can never cook a lobster after this. This guy is about 7 years old.

Do what we do. Get them steamed at the Fish Market. The one in the center of Mapelwood (near the theater) is the BEST.
I TOTALLY would have LOVED that cruise! O and I should go search for creatures at the park ;) We have a plankton net just like that at camp, but I didn't get to use it this year :(
