Update: Construction!

We came home from vacation and lots of progress has been made. The footings were being poured when we left. The flooring is all laid, we just have the railings to go, a new gutter and to install the light fixture! Oh yeah, and to have the house painted... anyone know a good house painter?

Then a new grill! Want to stop over for a gin and tonic on the new deck?
