Remember a few weeks ago when I posted that there was craziness going on in my life and I needed a brief escape? I went to the pottery studio and spent an hour or two glazing. Well, the alone time was worth it. It resulted in some very creative pieces.
Well, here are some of the results.
Overall, I'm really pleased. The tan and white short vase was thrown, wrapped in rope and unwound. It has some nice markings on it.
The two plum pieces with white on the rim are very nice. Some of the nicest glazed pieces I've done, I think. The platter and green (faux vogel) vase are also nice, but a little heavy - so don't pick them up.

Jimbo, loving the pottery, both glazes are strong, well done. Will spend some time tomorrow when Heather's away to read the reflections pieces, nice to connect.
